Before you depart to Valencia, please make you that you have:
- Submitted the Progress report – deadline: 07/09/2025 (applicable only if DC started before 1/9/2025)
- Submitted the Career Personalised Development Plan (cPDP) – deadline: 31/08/2025
- Optional: Submitted the INCITE Logo for the contest – deadline: 15/09/2025
- Prepared your presentation
- Valid Visa (if needed)/passport/ID for entering Spain
The presentation should be 10 minutes long and describing your PhD project and containing the main aims. It can be in .pptx, or .pdf format. When preparing your presentation, please consider: What is your project about? What are your main goals? Which methods are you going to use?
Additional tips for the presentation: Try your presentation before to make sure you are within the dedicated 10 minutes. Check the compatibility of the presentation with the software on site. Upload the presentation to the computer in the morning or before the session starts. If you want, you can also send the presentation beforehand to incite@entu.cas.cz as a back-up.
